    2015年博士毕业于四川大学华西药学院,从事抗阿尔茨海默症药物的研究;2019年5月赴新加坡南洋理工大学生物科学学院从事博士后研究,主要聚焦于新型多肽环化/连接酶的发展;2021年11月于上海中医药大学交叉科学研究院从事在职博士后研究,主要聚焦于hCES2A抑制剂的开发及应用。于2022年8月通过高层次人才引进到海南大学药学院工作至今。

主讲药物化学

3.科研情况

目前研究方向聚焦于“基于靶向丝氨酸水解酶和/或PDEs的全新药物设计、结构优化、成药性评价及作用机制研究”。目前已在国内外重要学术期刊Eur J Med Chem, Bioorg Chem,J Agric Food Chem等发表论文80余篇,以第一和/或通讯作者发表论文38篇,获得具有自主知识产权的授权发明专利23项,实用新型专利5项。主持河南省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、河南省高层次人才国际化培养项目、河南省科技攻关项目、河南省高等学校重点科研项目等10余项;参与国家自然科学基金青年项目、河南省科技攻关项目、河南省高等学校重点科研项目等5项。目前已有多个项目分别针对阿尔茨海默症、血管痴呆、脑卒中、肿瘤等疾病的研究取得重大进展。
